Snipe Don Q Regatta March 2009

Each year Snipes migrate to Florida for the Winter Circuit. The Don Q regatta at Miami’s Coconut Grove Sailing Club is the center piece of that three race series. Sailed when there is often 12 inches of snow in the northern reaches of the US, more than 40 boats came to sail in 80 degree temperatures and 10 to 15 knot breezes. The Miami Snipe Fleet and Ross Palacios were instrumental in helping get this event onto tape.
