Summary: Perpetual entry for Senior World Champions

Affects:

Objective: To allow that all World champions can compete in worlds.

Proposal (include current & proposed changed wording- changes to be shown in red):   Example: By Laws: Section 1. Racing Season

   The official racing sailing season of this Association shall extend for the full twelve months of the year starting on January 1^st and ending on December 31^st.

We propose an amendment to Isaacks World Championship of SCIRAdeed of Gift.

We propose that all former senior World Champions has a perpetual entry to the future snipe Worlds Championship.

This entry has to be considered an additional entry, and it doesn’t interfere with Scira formula of entries for worlds.

Reasons:

We understand that wining a snipe world championship is such a unique feat, that this sailor has the right of compete in the future editions without the obligation of qualify. Furthermore for all other sailor is a great pleasure to have this idols sailing with us. We don’t believe that this additional entries will impact in more than 5 boats per world championship.
