Hello Snipe Sailors-
Rush Creek is looking forward to hosting you in a couple of weeks. We are in the final preparation stretch and the best thing you can do to help us is register so we can get a good headcount.

If you’re still on the fence about coming, here are some good reasons to show up:
–It’s your Nationals
–We’re in the middle of the country
–North TX is flat so the drive is easy
–It won’t be too hot – North TX is nice in the fall
–RCYC will make sure none of you leave hungry or thirsty

Some other notes, in no particular order:
–I am still working on pairing up housing – will be in contact with those of you who sent me requests over the next week
–If you sent me a housing request and got nothing back from me, please send me another note; it’s an area where I don’t want to drop the ball
–TX liquor laws are strange but rules are rules so if you purchase alcohol at the club (including drinking from the keg), it needs to stay at the club/deck/pool/grass area (no parking lot); if you have your own stuff, it needs to stay in the parking lot
–If you’re coming from the east, make sure you stop at Buc-ee’s; you won’t regret it
–We are opening registration at 5:00 on Tues (no food service but bar will be open) – let me know if you are arriving much earlier than that
–I will send out info about where to put your boats before y’all hit the road
