We’re pleased to announce that SCIRA Guatemala has been formed.  A new fleet Amatitlan has been issued as Fleet 902.  Two new members have purchased a Snipe on order and are chartering a Snipe in ARG.  Jose Hernandez is the new Snipe National Secretary with Josselyn Echeverria as crew. 

In all the past SCIRA archives, there was never a fleet in Guatemala, so we are happy to have them join us!
