After some further adjustments and the elimination of some names duplications, here is the new Snipe SSL Ranking.

It could be some inconsistencies in the rankings. We are working with the SSL to solve them step by step. The ranking is very new for our Class, so please be patient!

Information needed to facilitate sailor profiles

To prepare the ranking, SSL needs to build the profiles of all sailors (skippers and crews) ideally as fully as possible.

For this reason we kindly ask you to send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

1) birth date (DD.MM.YY)

2) place of birth (city)

3) full name of the club

4) height (cm)

5) weight (kg)

6) photo (portrait in high resolution with plain background)

From 1 to 6 – the SSL have listed how exactly the data should be presented in the sailor’s ranking profile.

To avoid duplication, the sailor must always use the same full name for each regatta, possibly the same name with which he/she is registered for SCIRA, avoiding using nicknames and abbreviations. Only in this way can the ranking be correct

The purpose is to build precise and complete profiles for each sailor.

Because we respect your privacy, the Snipe Class will not provided this information to the SSL: we would prefer that you send your information if you agree to be part of the ranking. We remain available for any clarification.
