NoR SNIPE European Championship 2014

Hello Sailors,

Attached is the final Notice of Race for the SNIPE European Championship 2014 held in Kamień Pomorski, Poland. Changes made, in relevance to the Preliminary Notice of Race, include changes to point “4. FEES” as well as a newly added point “14. GSM Live Tracking” with which each skipper should be familiar with. At the end of the Notice of Race , but not part of it, we have also included a complete sport and artistic programme which highlights most of the attractions available for competitors during the championship.

The most important changes to point “4. FEES” include the removal of late entry fee and adding the possibility to regulate the entry fee at the race office at the event site with no additional charge. These changes where introduced mainly because of a unclear statement in the preliminary Notice of Race concerning early registration as well as due to some problems that some sailors where having with international bank transfers partly on the end of our bank.
