Snipe Winter Series – Real Club Nautico de Valencia

Dear Snipe sailor,

Three months ago you were racing at the 2019 European Masters Championship organized by our club. First of all, we’d like to warmly thank you for your participation and the terrific spirit and atmosphere you helped create with all other 181 sailors. It has been a true honor and a great pleasure to host an event with such great people coming from 11 countries, and be assured the RCNV, and its Snipe fleet, are your home where you’ll always be heartily welcomed.

The Masters clearly demonstrated the great momentum the European Snipe fleet is going through. This is also the case with our own growing fleet, and we want to keep all this going forward. The past winter, many sailors regularly came from other parts of Spain to sail and train with us, attracted by the Valencia winter climate, its geographical position, and praising how our fleet and its members organize their sailing time and weekly training gatherings. Not to mention the great atmosphere in our fleet. This gave us the idea of a broader and more formal concept; we briefly talked about it during the Masters, but today we are thrilled to officially introduce the SNIPEWINTERSERIES, and present it to you in avant-première.

We let you go through the attached presentation, and remain at your disposal for any further information you might need. The concept is reserved to all Scira members, so don’t hesitate to pass it along to other Snipe sailors in your club or around you.
