Force 5 winds and above 1 meter waves were the conditions this past week-end for the IV Saint Peter’s Trophy, one of the local competitions of Snipe fleet 152. Nevertheless, 6 boats took the challenge and sailed some or all of the four races (2 on saturday and 2 on sunday) for the trophy.
Winner was “Don Pepe”, with Grand Master Pepe Palacio at the helm and his son Fran Palacio (second at the 2002 European Juniors) working the bow. Second place was taken by “Bam-Bam”, with Carlos Ordoñez and Leticia Pelayo, while the fleet’s team that will compete at the Junior World’s, “Cosabella”, with Jaime Alvarez-Hevia and Ignacio Braña, came into third place.

Final Results
